Questions
The things everyone asks.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Sites publish to a yourname.sites.wellcraftedapps.com address today, and custom domains are next on the build list. If you need your own domain before then, export the zip and put it on a host you already pay for.
Can I start the minute I sign up?
Almost. New accounts are approved by hand, so signing up puts you in a short queue — usually hours, not days. It keeps the AI bill sane, which is part of how the plans stay at these prices.
Do the cheaper plans get fewer features?
No. The whole product is on every plan. What changes is how many sites you can run, how much storage and bandwidth each one gets, and how many people can edit.
Is hosting really included?
Yes, on every plan. Your pages, your images, the certificate and the domain setup are all in the monthly price. There's no second bill from anyone else.
How much is 100 GB of bandwidth?
Bandwidth is what visitors download when they load your pages. For a normal site with a few photos, 100 GB is roughly 50,000 visits a month. Most small organizations never come close.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing switches off. We email you, your site keeps serving, and you can move up a plan whenever you want. We'd rather you found out from us than from a broken page.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, both directions. Plans are monthly, so leaving costs you nothing beyond the month you're in.
Do I own what I build?
Yes. Every site exports as plain HTML and CSS. If you leave, you take the files with you and any host on earth will run them.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe what you want, the AI drafts it, and you edit the words and pictures in your browser. If you do read code, the export is clean and readable.
